That is a substantial jump from here. Although i think it surely is possibly, (look at ATR$), I don't think it should be expected at this point without some sort of news. Sure, it COULD run really nice and might, but trying to put a number amount is not being realistic and leads to false expectations.

I think many here see potential in the fact it will get to those levels eventually but there are never guarantees or we'd all be millionaires.
