Two Questions that must be addressed:

1) Is this a legitimate company that generates close to the amount that they claim?

2) Does this company plan on filing with the Securities Exchange Commission?

Nay to the above would nullify any value to market cap and stock price. Yay and we go the 2 to 3 dollar range.
