With all the negativity here surrounding PVSP, can someone please give me a rational answer as to why there were two insider purchases recently?

Why would someone with knowledge about all these problems posters are posting about, and I'm assuming the CEO and CIO know exactly what is, and isn't, going on with their company...can anyone explain why they would of purchased the number of shares they did, when they did?

Are these individuals totally clueless about their own company and need to consult with some of this board to explain the facts to them about their own company? Or were those 2 Form 4 filings bogus to begin with?

I mean, if it was me, and I ran a company, and made a conscience decision to add to my holdings in it, I wouldn't do so knowing that everything was going to hell-in-a-hand-basket starting at the same time that I made my purchases.

Can someone explain the logic of those two form 4 fillings?
