Hi Nobody

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, you do make sense and I am not going to argue any of the points that you made except I do believe it will be a game changer. I also concur with you that the next Q will be better than the last quarterly which in itself was great and of course they know exactly how many shares they have issued as of yesterday.

I am hoping that the next filing will tip the balance in favour of the longs here with the news it contains; the reduction of debt paid for with earnings is what I am looking for. If they can shave off 4 or 5 million in a a quarter, then their stated goal of being debt free or close to it by the end of 2012 will be achievable, without settlement of the lawsuits. If the debt is manageable then it it not to be feared. Debt is part of life, I still have to go to work for another 17 years before my mortgage is cleared, manageable debt is part of buissness. That coupled with Q on Q growth, growing market share, and the ongoing litigation being skewed in GERS favor is enough I think to sustain a better metric to earnings than we currently are experiencing.

I think the Andersons buying Amaizing ethanol is the first crack in the dam. It is the start of lisencing the 15% of the industry that do not yet pay royalties but are producing corn oil. The smarter folks out there will not go to the wall with ICM. If the injunction is granted that willratchet up the pressure to settle significantly.

ICM is a one trick pony, pedaling a stolen idea, whilst failing to patent their own inventions,(i use the term loosly) They are doomed, it is only a matter of time, which admitedly could be years. They have misrepresented the facts to their customers, patent pending tricanter my backside, patent rejected tricanter does not have the same marketing flourish. And the indemnification from future lawsuits I bet that does not hold water either.

Bring on the good news, I too am tired of being in the red and enduring the blackout but I do see a faint glimmer on the horizon.

All good things come to he who waits.

Good Luck
