Maybe the company is paying off debt. They reduced debt by $300,000 in the 3rd quarter. Maybe they are just trying to reduce it further to make the numbers better. We're expecting financials by the end of March. If they are poised for tremendous growth as they stated in a PR in December, then maybe they are doing this now (diluting) before they dish out big news --CE mark, Financials, new product launch, etc-- and kill the momentum the company has going for them later on in the year.

500 million A/S is NOT a lot for a pinksheet stock. There is no need to worry, unless the company files to raise the A/S.

If they sold 25 Million shares at .01 that would be $250,000... We reached .0147 so the company could of made up to $367,500 on 25 million shares... plus the additional 20 million at low 4's and the swings that were occuring a couple weeks ago... going from 7's and 8's to 9's and .011 range.

Yes, dilution isn't good, but if the company is doing it for debt reduction or to reinvest in the company-- and not their own wallets-- then we just need to let the company do it's thing and stop crying everytime we see dilution. Usually, stocks tank to trips when there has been 45 million diluted. We've held strong.
