Perhaps they wanted to put an end to an obvious scam, especially if CDEX tried to scam THEM out of their hard earned money.

It's one thing to scam investors, it's another to scam your own employees.

As it has turned out, the ex-employees ended up doing exactly what CDEx wanted, they allow CDEx to have an excuse to file chapter 11 whether they were knowingly involved with the move or not.

And that's the story pennsteet is promotong on the boards. When the dust clears and angry shareholders realize what they're left with, CDEx wants the blame transferred to those bad, ex-employees that are to blame for all the shareholder's misfortune.

And the crooks walk away once again.
