That is a Gov.-sponsored advertising site for prospectors and exploration Companies who are looking for a deal. If you own your own property and not looking for a J V or a deal you don't ask to list there. Why would you ?? Maybe you already have an option arrangement too. It's like the Real Estate business. They put a Sold sign out on top of the For Sale sign sometimes. That's probably the case here for Cabot. It was looking for a deal and KATX gave them one so you see the ' Optioned ' word there. Or maybe they haven't taken it off yet. None of that type of thing means very much. Re those 2 .. KATG OWNS H C, and Rusty. It does NOT mean that because you don't see them at Matty Mitchell that they have ANY deal with ANYONE !!!!
