Castellum Inc (CTM)

I drove by the location this last Friday and the Friday before that. There has been no activity in regards to construction at all. No debris, no materials, no contractor vehicles, nothing. I took a look inside the store. They have the front covered with brown paper, but you can see a little inside, and it just appears to be a black void.

I would have taken pictures, but they look no different than the last ones that were posted here.
