Also wasn't the man homeless? Probably using the same battery for too long, not using new cartridges, etc. My point is he probably wasn't using the device correctly. He could have picked up some junk broken one off the ground. Who knows.. Some people have burnt down their entire house because of regular cigs, this must mean that all cigarette companies will go out of business now.
