they are not allowed to give company information

If a TA won't give you the O/S, isn't that a gag order? Who gives the order to them(TA) to "tell" callers they can or can not give out the O/S information? Is that Mitch? If so, how about you tell Mitch to let them release that information? Problem solved then.
