looking to trade in this stock but i have a few questions 1st.

#1 are they allowed to dilute shares?

#2 I see the bid at .125 vs the ask at .1325. I am assuming if ou want to sell you have to sell at the bid and buy at the ask. last night i saw the ask all the way at .15 when the price only showed .105 which is why i didn't pull the trigger on it. Please clarify if I am wrong.

#3 can I buy and sell this in mass quantities like 100,000 shares at a time or will I be restriced to buying and selling in 5,000 blocks. I want my orders filled fast.
