it was wondered if Pilot hiring could impact Baltia's financial position if this drags on much longer. most likely the hire letters contain a 'contingency clause' based on faa approval. If the pilots are super good they may accept other employment during the wait and baltia has the job of re-hiring. if they aren't super good, than the board has something else to worry about. i learned a long time ago, only worry about things you can control. the only thing we can control as investors are: stand pat, buy, or sell. lol.
