CMoney Inc. (CMEY) and PGI Energy (PGIE) have a number of things in common. Both have had trading in their shares recently suspended by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Both are microcap companies based in Houston. And both companies looked to Robert Gandy and Pythagoras Group to bring them capital.
