too cheap to build another one. I saw them in huntsville. I was awestruck. The shuttle and the launch engines are much larger than I could conceive of before getting up to them. Its like having a building lift off and go into space.


Also I looked at the rocket motor for a saturn which had been left outside for 20 years. It still looked brand new. And hard to imagine it was made entirely by hand

dont the astronauts inspect the shuttle by eye to check the tiles before they head back via a EVA
