I disagree.......I think giving folks the idea that FDA approval or even an application approval is very very far off. How a company raises money SHOULD concern everyone.....because diluting a stock to raise money is a bad idea and reduces share holder value......and if there is a R/R, rest assured, I will be the first in line to short it as with many many others.....R/S is just not a good idea and ends bad.
