New 8k filled...at first I thought its terrible news:

-but then again,why they filled this NOW?It was obvious to us that after incentives were removed,all solar shares plunged,but now when oil going over 110 shortly and its buying time again,somebody wants to scare the investors and buy really cheap.
".. terminated installation of residential solar systems and suspended further sales of commercial solar projects due to a lack of funding.."-it was then,and this is NOW :"Clear Skies plans on resuming sales upon obtaining project funding"-of course with oil surging they going to get new contracts.
Somebody very smart wrote this 8k.My goal here is 10m shares under 0.003.So far I have 7m,hopefully with the panic tomorrow I buy another 3m under 0.002.I will tell everybody when I sell,if anybody cares:)Do not let chances like this to pass you by.gl imho
