I don't think the management had any choice in the matter.....as I remember reading here last year there was one major shareholder that sold off his position that took the SSBN shares down to the 52 week lows and many of the folks that bought millions of shares expected to see a pop.....the volume of trades was tremendous. New management team....... new business model.......new price!
