I would assume that Steriwave keeps a close eye on the dilution process as they are shareholders as well.
Another point: If Steriwave offers institutional clients participation in those projects I would assume that it would go through CV Notes. HMO

I see the following words repeated... IF and ASSUME. Truth is all you know is 1. 1 to 10,000 REVERSE SPLIT that has destroyed shareholder equity, and ZERO CASH IN BANK which guarantees they will have to do more DEATH SPIRAL FINANCING like that which they still owe just under 1 MILLION US DOLLARS.

Right how the share price is $0.50. That means the PPS before the 1 to 10,000 Reverse split would have been $.00005, which is not possible. $.0001 is lowest. This "should" be a $5.00 per share stock right now according to the principles of mathematics.

Since Steriwave is in control, doesn't it benefit them to keep the share price up as far as possible Unless They Plan On Issuing THEMSELVES More Shares to Balance What They Lost During the 1 - 10000 Reverse Split???

Scratch off the broken skin, tear into my heart and make me do it again yeah..
