you can look at it 2 ways....

cannacigs are being shipped to OHM...we have seen tweets of the extract that will be used in the cartridges....once they have both products on site they will put it together and put it on the shelves...

the "end of march" portion might be in regards to cali as a whole...not just OHM...

so that's option 1...

option 2 is they are full of it...and it's hard for me to side with option 2 because they are going through WAY too much trouble for zero results in the PPS to just be a house of BS...not really logical to risk SEC charges to get nothing out of it

all just my oppinions and i know that no one has directly said they are just full of lies....but you catch my drift...
