Dilution isn't always bad.
I do not get how the 49m float was initially distributed and I aint seein how MS has got anything from being part of NHSH?
A company sells shares to raise funds, thats kinda how things work. Sometimes they dilute to do a strategic things that needs cash to get rollin and then brings in big profit. If MS needs cash to get some of these contracts in africa rollin, dilution would be a sensible way to get that cash. There are other ways but like i said, I don't get what they have had outta this thing yet?
Now those folks making cash outta this thing going up, great work :) Im just kinda looking into the future a bit, it looks pretty good to me but I admit to knowin nothin about anythin.
