It is not blah-blah - :

By posting here we have to distinguish between the fundamentals in store to become successful and what are the costs to become successful and if - how long it could it take and at what costs.
I am not here to question the product(s) of PROT , however I am realistic enough to know, that clinical trials can take years (you go through 3 phases before you become commercial) and it costs a lot of money. To get the necessary cash-flow, PROT has either to sell shares to Venture Funds or selling Convertible-Notes to Venture Funds. Both of them will be dilutive, which per-se is not negative however if you get financed through a Toxic you are out. To get risk-capital in this kind of sector you enter a very overcrowded market and you enter a market as well, where the giants directly or through subsidiaries already have their fingers in. If you question what I say here, just go and study the the AASLD Annual meeting protocol from September 30.2011 were Bristol-Meyers Squibb presented their new data’s demonstrating the Companies leadership in Liver Disease. Prot should concentrate their efforts in the anti-aging market which is overcrowded as well, however you won’t have the FDA in your neck and is a multi-billion $ market easier to penetrate as in the search for a solution to cure liver disease. Go and search the performance of the 1000s of Bio-Tech companies that either got delisted or became almost worthless and do not concentrate on the very few companies who had been taken over. In short: Prot – as it is today – is way to overpriced and even if the clinical trials start in Miami, it will be a long road – a lot of money – until they get form phase 1 to phase 2. Once you know at the door of phase 3 – the chances are good, you are out either out of money or the FDA will reject your product. Should they enter an alliance with a big company to get financing – then you are sold out before you even start. There are 100s of samples of companies who never were able to return money to their shareholders. In short- you can trade this stock if you are smart enough on a pure technical basis – long and short – but do not mortgage your house – there is mess enough in the USA housing-market.
