Filing with the OTC does not mean filing with the SEC. To be named current with their filing it means they filed with the SEC up to the current date.
Having the financial in the OTC can help people to see what is going on.
I think they are working hard to be current with their filing. They have the financial ready for review and audit to be done and to file with the SEC. I think they are trying to show this to the investors + help the investors to see what is going on financially.
Also, having these financial, the operation progress and my communication with Steriwave director appear to me that Steriwave stepped in to push things to move.
