OK so the only listing we could do would be Market Value Standard. Could you please explain the lacking requirements and how we acheive them before the listing

4 Market makers YES I would think so
Corporate governance YES
In addition to the above quantitative requirements, companies must comply with all corporate governance requirements as set forth in the Rule 5600 Series. MAYBE
Not sure about having the majority of the directors being independent but they might be after the share holder meeting
We can not meet the $4 for 90 consecutive days prior to uplisting if we are supposed to uplist before splitting.
