Absolutely, well said marich. This little company is in the oil business, he isn't in it to be flipping stock (so to speak) to make his profit. IMO it's far more likely that any funds/shares would be used to finance operations and expansion, like a JV or the horizontal drilling project alone.
I'm letting my base amount ride so I can be in cheap when something develops. Who knows, maybe that's what Dan is doing too, sitting back and waiting on something or someone (who knows what?).
I'm sure he's still thinking - "location, location, location" and with a plan in mind.
