If bfar is to be consistent and cares about getting back with timely fillings, than 90 days from the last preliminary unaudited report dated back on Dec 6, 2011 is when we should get the report. As far as a SEC filing, we are all hoping for that to come out anytime soon which would be the ultimate catalyst in waking up this stock for good. Last, the only dependable gauge that we can use to measure futuristic share prices is by referring to the stocks past performance when they were filing consistently. As you would note, the stock traded in the three digit range from $1 to as high as $6.
