A few months ago people were posting here that the following technical analysis service was indicating a 100% BUY. These folks were dancing around like they were waiting to open their toys at Christmas; where are they now? At that time, as this time, I stated that such analyses for a penny stock have little value except to provide inexperienced "investors" a short term tickle. If the shareholder letter comes out next week and it indicates that new financing is on the way, or that serious settlement discussions are underway, or that there will be no more dilution, this same service that states to sell today will be indicating that it is time to buy.
