I was doing some DD on American Lithium from 2 years ago. They were in the process of mining, in Argentina, and Chile, so happens I found the brines worth for SQM which is right next to MMTE concessions

Just a FYI

(NYSE: SQM), the world's leading lithium producer, reportedly has cash costs in the $1,600 to $1,800-per-tonne range at its Atacama lithium-brine mine, according to a Patersons 2010 research note to investors.

Im pretty sure the concessions worth are more two years later. JMO
