I haven't talked with anyone at Imaging3 nor any of the consultants but I am fairly sure that I am right.

My guess is that the pps will trade in the 20-40 cents range upon submission.

My previous analysis that I have shared on this board puts the pps in the $3.00 - $4.00 range upon approval. Based on additional shares that have been issued, I am now in the $2.75 - $3.75 range.
