Hi elkomike,

Thank you very much for all the information, I really appreciate it.

Notice of a proposed R/S usually appears on the company's
"overview" page of my TDA account, and this time it didn't until "after-the-fact", so it seemed as if they were trying to keep it"quiet".
If I'd done some checking around, I know I could have found out (SEC), but I didn't think I needed to (IROG's been on my "back-burner" for some time).
