AAON products consist of rooftop units, chillers, air-handling units, make-up air units, heat recovery units, condensing units, commercial self contained units and coils. The Company has two operating subsidiaries: AAON, Inc., and AAON Coil Products, Inc. Its products serve the commercial and industrial construction and replacement markets. AAON’s rooftop and condenser markets consist of units installed on commercial or industrial structures of less than 10 stories in height.
