I don't very well think they could just go bk and wipe everyone out. If that were the case, every BIO stock would file bk once they got their drug approved.


The stock is under a scare due to the Udraw crapout. Other than that, the company seems to be streamlining quite nicely. It's not that they're doing random massive layoffs, but closing unprofitable parts of their business - banks have done this for a couple years now and look at them now
