China Infrastructure Investment In Acquisition Talks

China Infrastructure Investment Corp. said it is in preliminary talks on to acquire interest in certain companies which are engaged in the natural gas business in the People's Republic of China. No definitive agreement has been entered into in relation to the possible acquisition at this stage.
