That was good DD! You fettered out alot of information. anyone would come to the conclusion that an advance into the pennies level would require a reduction in outstanding shares. A reverse split is inevitable if SEEK is to prosper and grow.
Usually a R/S is the death knell of a speculative penny stock. They pull them on you without warning and massive selling follows.
I really REALLY want to believe that this one is different!
I have been in this arena for 4 years now. I have seen penny stocks with greater promise than this implode with criminal prosecution to follow. I am speaking about SpongeTech in particular.
If any of you had a seat on that rocket you know what I'm talking about. It was the greatest thrill of my life making $64K a day for a week straight!
