So let's say it was just Mr. Barton on there we're no other restricted stock holders. Who issues the PR's? Him. Though he may not call himself or see himself as the CEO, that is what he is. He makes all decisions, unless he appoints someone to do so. Which he hasn't.

Just like Zuckerberg, who has chosen to not only be the majority shareholder but also the CEO. Similar to how he was techincally the "CEO" when it was a "two man show" in their college dorm room when they first started out.

AIMH is just a shell with some shareholders. No business. So since they are interested in doing business (R/M), at this time until they do some kind of business deal, they are just like Facebook or any other company that started out small, with one or two people. Again, he makes all decisions unless he chooses someone else too. The only person I see listed as a President or CEO is Marchi, and we know that is not ture.
