Yes it was at $4.00 a share on 11/2010. That was only 1 year and 3 month ago, but they were current with SEC Fillings, until that Davis the so called auditor was revealed to have their licensed revoked which caused the whole problem and stock devaluation. Nothing has put bfar in the wrong as far as any fraud is concerned.
