A few things to mention for the Long Term Investors

It is ONLY 10MM Shares that they can exercise at both .10 and .15

This is totally NON-TOXIC or Dilutive

Those can be soaked up in a matter of minutes on a good volume day

Expect the company to PR good news around it, and possibly for WSRA to not even exercise them until a higher price

The largest pay day ($600,000) for Phase 4 (Pulling up Gold) is 365 Days from Phase 1 payment (i.e. Next February).

$3.5MM Buyout option to have WSRA take a hike. LOL

Imagine if you can buy $700MM in Gold and also add in Ore which can be even more substantial for $3.5MM? Would you do it? Heck yeah LOL

Saying all this...do you see the potential here for very large gains?
