Bigworld, The small cap sector has been rolling over (see chart below), and the Russell 2000 Small Cap index never did reach its 2011 highs, unlike the Dow, S+P, and Nasdaq. Weakness is small caps could be a harbinger of a market correction. And many biotechs have already had significant corrections in February.
