The really neat thing about Chartis versus China is that Chartis venture is dependent on milestones reached by users whereas China has mandated that ALL chinese citizens will be users whether they like it or not! And as history will show...The dictatorship is taking care of its people and the people will appreciate in the future the wisdom of its illustrious and caring leaders.....Unis-Tongue/MMRF JV is like gold in the bank in my opinion!..Just takes patience ...Henan province with over 100 million folks is a pretty good start and Unis/MMRF may well be awarded other provinces as well.....Tif
