Was never my argument. My argument was that no where is it legal for every day use. It is decriminalized in countries. As well as for medical use. But certain state also have decriminalized medical use in the US. Doesn't make it legal. But just stating the US isn't that far behind other countries. Most states accept it. Just our archaic government that can't even get over the birth control debate is a little slow in accepting it as many others are also. Only a matter of time. When all state approve medical marijuana it's going to a little counter productive for then to enforce the laws when no other governing body in the country agrees with them.
