Must be the defense to shareholder suits. How could we mean you any harm, we gave up are shares (anyone believe that) too? Now there is no reason for Gandy to get AGS to fund PGIE since he won't be getting his 6 million cut. But on the other side, people with money to throw can throw some on PGIE since they know a bunch of hands ain't grabbing at it.

They own the holding company, they don't need PGIE shares, this is scam sounding/looking and the SEC isn't that stupid. Isn't that why they stopped trading, after the holding company plan?
