Hey Ruckmusher, hope all is well. I think the major key on that if you read carefully the PR is HOWARDS quote that he has ALREADY retained LABROZZI and the audit to immediatly start. Says nothing about we are in the process of selecting an auditor.

That is the problem with what HOWARD is doing. So now, when there are no filings, not filings of being even late, loosing CURRENT status to limited with not a single word from the CEO this is what happens.

So its what HOWARD is quoting as fact that is borderline just a lie or blatant fraud. I wish he hadnt chosen the route that he has.
