Seems like they are trying to get a foot in the door of a major retail pharmacy chain by promoting some of their "product" line as cosmetics, so that the FDA doesn't push back so hard (being a cannabis product). And then after they establish their presence, they can promote their TRUE cannabis products with less resistance, until people realize that this technology is REAL!
