Please stop...They have already said in a past letter that EPA cert is not an issue and there is not a single thing in this letter that has not been addressed in past letters NOT ONE

Making the system better should be a given anyway
The answer on the NIR case has already been done and Ill bet it will be done to death
Everything else on that letter has been known for months... MORE OF THE SAME OLD NOTHING
