My Theory: We're in a required silent period because of some kind of HUGE material event.

Why else wouldn't we have heard anything? If the company is able to release something, you know they would. I mean, how do you think that Fong, Goldfarb, Dyne & Chazen are feeling about being at the helm of a Stinky Pinky stock? They are Big Time Wheelers & Dealers. LOL! It's kind of like going from owning the New York Yankees to owning the hot dog stand outside the stadium. It has to feel at least a little humiliating, right? If I were them, I'd be doing everything I could to get this PPS up so it could relist.

So, I think they are in a required silent period or else we would have heard something. There has NEVER been a 30 day gap between filings with ATRN.
