S-8 filing today. This is how I understand it.
The 6 million shares is for paying past consultants,
present consultants, and future consultants.

There will be an amended 10k filing in 30 days that should disclose who they were and who the consultants are now.

They have a quarter to disclose this info but Brad feels they will probably disclose in the amended filing.

Brad says more than likely we won't end up using all 6 million shares but they will be available if needed.

The fact they will take shares instead of cash goes to show their belief in the future of NV.
