thats a load...there are many types of Market Makers...Market Participents and retail market makers. nite is a notorious short, they are refferred to as the "ax" anytime you see them. They can pass off shares to any other mm and are known for covering at or below the bid. It's very important that traders know the market makers, their roles and who the players are. Carna4z (has experience with mm's in the 35 years I've been trading. ;)
