I spoke to one of my brokerages who advised, that they can not loan, sell or use your shares unless they are held in a Margin Account. If you have a cash account they can't touch your shares.

Not trusting any broker, I put two sell orders out for 3 mil and another 1+ mil. Both are at .50 and above.
