My two cents BlueWaffle: Since a majority of the stock is held by insiders (as I imagine would be the case with a lot of natural resource companies...like N$R$). I don't believe they would be as concerned with meeting stock holder expectations. They are simply looking to raise cash to expand exploration/extraction efforts. Heck, the only shareholders they would have to please would be us, and we certainly don't care about the longevity of the company. They just need the cash, not the idea of getting re-listed to a major market. IMO
