Thanks KingPin...Gotta love that it took an SEC investigation for these guys to give back their shares, "accept a loss like some shareholders", and to end commissions paid for capital that has not been raised to a third party owned by a PGI officer which always seemed like a conflict of interest to me in the first place. Sounds like a lot of scrambling is going on over at the PGI office in an attempt to make this look legit.

Curious this was not available on the OTC.
