ATRN Technicals of VOLUME VOLUME VOLUME......
First I'd like to give a shout out to Bamafire.

Yes that's a BULL horn, fitting don't you think?
Ok so here's the bucket of water:
Low volume is good in some cases. Ahh, for instance; when you want an issue to hold it's level of support. High volume without ascension is dilution or dumping and as you pointed out:

ATRN... Low volume

You said the same thing at .10 (post #54234).
Besides that; our friend Math tells us that a volume bar is based on... well volume. However if we do a bit of "Math" we would find that as the Share Price goes UP, the number of shares traded (volume) may look lower even when more money volume is flowing. I know you know this.

Looking at the monthly: in January the volume was off the charts, so to say (approx. 600 million traded). Then in February with SP UP, More money volume exchanged hands even though the number of shares traded appeared to eb to a measly 400 million.
So which month had more Money Volume? You got it February's Money Volume is Greater, MUCH greater.
You do the math.

"and now for the moment we've all been waiting for"

Oops back to the drawing board, lol. This time you caught a Lion.

These words are mine. They are believed to be true. They have been smithed in the fires of research and hammered on the anvil of facts. IMO you would do well to purchase them. Caveat emptor.
